Tooling & machining
Ask whether tooling, fixtures, setup, cutting and drilling are included. Separate one-off costs from the quoted production quantity.
Packing & delivery
Confirm packaging, destination, shipping terms and any charges excluded from the quote before comparing total costs.

A factory visit can be discussed in advance. Tell us which product and process you want to review so access, timing and the relevant production arrangements can be confirmed. Request a video discussion if travelling is not practical.
