Choose a system diameter and your section length. Actual OD, bore and mating fit are confirmed against a drawing or sample.

This prepares your enquiry details. It does not place an order or send a message.

GUTTER VACUUM POLES / SPECIFICATIONS

Modular sections. A clear suction path.

Parameter Custom specification
System diameter options 44 mm (approx. 1.73 in) or 50 mm (approx. 1.97 in); custom tube dimensions by drawing
Section length 1500 mm / 1.5 m (approx. 4.92 ft) reference format; custom cut lengths available
Actual OD, ID & wall Agreed to match the required bore and mating connection
Joint configuration Push-fit socket or clamp connection; engagement and seal to be specified
Material Carbon fibre layup to specification; hybrid reinforcement if requested
Surface Gloss or matt finish; joint contact surfaces matched to the assembly
Hose & end tool Cuff, elbow and nozzle interface dimensions to drawing or sample
Total assembled length Defined by section count and joint overlap, not section count × cut length alone
Weight Confirmed against the chosen tube wall, layup, length and fittings
Machining Cut-to-length, end preparation and holes to approved drawings

Diameter labels describe system formats; actual dimensions and fit are confirmed before production. These are modular suction sections, not telescopic water-fed poles.

WORKSHOP / ASSEMBLY

More than a stack of tubes.

01

The joint consumes length

A push-fit insertion or overlapping connection reduces useful assembly length. Six 1.5 m sections have 9 m of total cut length; the assembled length depends on the joints.

02

A continuous suction path

The bore, changes in section and joint seal affect the flow path. Check compatibility with the vacuum, hose cuff, neck and end tool as an assembly.

03

Connection security

Agree the engagement length, clamp interface and acceptable movement. A shared nominal diameter does not establish compatibility with a branded system.

WORKSHOP / QUESTIONS

Before you order.

Is a gutter vacuum pole the same as a water-fed pole?

No. A gutter vacuum section forms part of the suction path. A water-fed telescopic pole usually supports a tool and water hose. Their interfaces and design requirements differ.

What does a pole weigh?

Weight depends on the agreed material, wall, reinforcement, finish and fittings. We will record the sample weight with its specification rather than reproduce another supplier’s weight.

Can I specify a shorter section?

Yes, request a custom cut length. Connection engagement and the final assembled length must still be defined.

Take the next step.

FROM REQUIREMENT TO PRODUCTION

Know what you are approving.

01 / DEFINE

Agree the specification

Confirm dimensions, intended use, mating interfaces, quantity and which accessories are included.

02 / SAMPLE

Check the actual build

Agree sample requirements and acceptance checks for fit, finish, dimensions and the relevant assembly behaviour.

03 / QUOTE

Confirm the supply terms

Review tooling or sample costs, production price, lead time, packing and delivery terms before placing an order.

LET’S MAKE IT CLEAR.
