Carbon Fibre Solar Panel Cleaning Poles

Custom carbon fibre water-fed poles for solar-cleaning equipment. Configure the tubes, brush connection and hose route around the actual cleaning head.

Continuous custom lengths. Defined interfaces.

Our telescopic cleaning-pole length range is 6–20 m (approximately 19.7–65.6 ft), including intermediate lengths. This describes custom manufacturing scope, not a claim that every brush can be operated at every length.

Parameter Specification to discuss
Extended pole length 6–20 m continuous custom range. Examples: 6 m = 19.7 ft; 9.2 m = 30.2 ft; 12 m = 39.4 ft; 20 m = 65.6 ft. Feet rounded to one decimal place.
Reference enquiry A 9.2 m request is a useful approximately 30 ft starting point. Choose the actual length needed, rather than a nominal working-height label.
Closed length / section count Specify the transport limit. Final tube count, diameters and retained overlap are defined together.
Cleaning head Provide the brush type, wet operating mass, width, swivel geometry and any rotary reaction loads. Brush compatibility is confirmed per build.
Water connection Provide hose ID/OD, connector details and required flow/pressure for the complete cleaning system. The pole page does not assign a pressure rating to an unspecified hose assembly.
Tube construction & finish Layup and dimensions to suit the agreed assembly. Matt or gloss finish; grip, clamps and wear parts listed separately.
Included equipment Pole or tube components with explicitly agreed fittings. Brush, pump, hose reel and water-treatment equipment are not included by default.

Design for angled use and the cleaning head.

Head mass and lever arm

A wet brush and adapter act at the end of a long lever. The same assembly behaves differently when held near vertical or at a shallow angle. Specify both the operating angle and contact force.

Rotating brush interfaces

A rotating brush can introduce reaction torque and different connection loads. Review the head supplier’s interface and operating requirements; a generic window-cleaning pole is not automatically suitable.

Water routing and section travel

Check hose length throughout extension and retraction, bend radius, abrasion at exits and connector clearance. Plan a route that does not snag or limit retained overlap.

Surface protection

Select the brush and cleaning method to match the panel manufacturer’s requirements. Keep exposed metal connectors away from the panel surface; the pole is only one part of the cleaning system.

Solar cleaning pole questions.

Can you make 7.5 m or 11 m rather than a fixed model?

Yes, intermediate lengths within the 6–20 m custom range can be specified. The final assembly still needs a defined head, connection and operating conditions.

Can any rotating brush fit?

No universal compatibility is claimed. Share the brush drawing, mass, connection and reaction loads so the interface can be reviewed.

Are these electrically insulated poles?

No. Carbon fibre is electrically conductive. Keep clear of overhead electrical lines and damaged electrical equipment, and follow the cleaning-system and site operating procedures.

From drawing to agreed sample.

Define the scope

Send dimensions, quantities, mating-part details and delivery country. State whether you need bare tubes, fitted sections or an assembled pole.

Agree the sample

Confirm material, finish, interfaces and acceptance checks. Evaluate the actual assembly before approving the production specification.

Receive a clear quotation

Separate tube or assembly costs, bought-in accessories, tooling, samples, packing and shipping. Lead time is confirmed against the final build.

SEND THE INTERFACES, NOT JUST THE LENGTH

A drawing makes the difference.

Mark the dimensions that affect fit. Include tool or mating-part details, the required quantity and any acceptance checks. Attach your drawing when sending the enquiry email.

Carbon fibre is electrically conductive. These products are not offered as electrically insulated equipment. Keep away from overhead power lines and follow the operating requirements for the complete assembly.

YOUR BUILD / YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Prepare a useful first enquiry.

Enter the dimensions you know. If an interface still needs review, say so in the notes. We will confirm the specification before production.

This adds details to the email enquiry below. It does not place an order or send a message.
